The Eresma Sauvignon comes entirely from vines of the Sauvignon Blanc variety harvested by hand and selected in boxes. It is the result of a thoroug and careful preparation in which the most advanced winemaking techniques have been combined with the traditional production of Rueda wines.

Colour: Intense straw yellow colour with golpen hues.
Aroma: Aromas of tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple along with hints of citrus.
Palate: Ample and fresh with intense acidity and an elegant aftertaste characteristic of the Sauvignon Blanc variety.
